Raise Your Voice: Tell Us What You Think

On July 1st, the Bevin Administration eliminated dental, vision, and non-emergency medical transportation benefits for Medicaid expansion members without notice. This was a voluntary decision made by the Bevin Administration following a court ruling on June 29th that blocked implementation of Kentucky HEALTH (Governor Bevin’s Medicaid changes). Since then, the Bevin Administration has posted public notice of a State Plan Amendment submitted to the Federal Government, asking for permission to remove these benefits.

Click here to tell us what you think about the Governor’s decision to eliminate benefits. We want to understand how his decision will impact Kentuckians who relied on these benefits for accessing dental and vision care. Your comments will be shared with policymakers as we advocate to restore these benefits.

We will also print comments from this form to send in response to the public notice published June 30, 2018. You can read the notice here.
