Please tell us how you, your family or your community has benefited from Medicaid coverage for dental care, vision care, and transportation assistance: Dental problems cause pain and make it hard to be functioning on a normal level and I can not afford glasses, I am a cancer survivor but the effects of cancer has left me physical disabilities that I will have for the rest of my life. I need dental and vision care! Without it my quality of life will be greatly reduced!

Please tell us how eliminating these benefits would affect you, your family, or your community: Without these services I will not be able to do normal daily activities, and I will not be able to go anywhere, I would have to stay home all the time and would need assistance from other’s!
