You really need to know why dental and vision coverage is important to people who are disabled, mentally incapacitated…my son is bipolar and without this coverage, I guess he would just be blind and have no teeth. He literally cannot see without his glasses. The fact that you actually asked this question proves to me that monkeys are actually running the Kentucky Government.
