Comments on Co Pay Regulations

Research demonstrating the negative impacts of mandatory copays on Medicaid populations has previously been provided by Kentucky Voices for Health, both in oral testimony provided at the previous public hearing on February 25, 2019 and in a December 11, 2018 letter to the Department for Medicaid Services and co-signed by 26 other organizations.
