The mental stress of it all. Staying in the house all the time has made me more depressed. Telehealth appointments are great temporarily but I need that face-to-face periodically. That isn’t possible at this point. What do you need to stay healthy and take care of yourself or your family during this pandemic? More support both physically and monetarily and mentally.
