Please tell us how you, your family or your community has benefited from Medicaid coverage for dental care, vision care, and transportation assistance: As someone who works in education, I have seen first hand the damage that a lack of access to care can do to children. A child who cannot see the board will struggle in school. A child who is in pain from an untreated cavity will not be able to focus. Vision and dental care are not frills – they are essential to the health and well-being of all our citizens.
