Please tell us how eliminating these benefits would affect you, your family, or your community: I already had my Medicaid terminated on Feb 28 of this year by the state because I started receiving Medicare 2 years after I started receiving disability.. I was told I could not have both. I appealed but was denied that appeal with them telling me I was no longer eligible to receive it.
