Please tell us how you, your family or your community has benefited from Medicaid coverage for dental care, vision care, and transportation assistance: I take medications that cause a constant dry mouth which has lead to numerous small cavities on my teeth regardless of dental care. Because of the Medicaid expansion I have been able to get regular checkups, get numerous fillings, my wisdom teeth extracted and have kept small cavities from becoming major problems. I do not know how I could have paid for the services I received. Regular vision checkups have also allowed me to keep my glasses and contacts up to date which helps greatly with work.

Please tell us how eliminating these benefits would affect you, your family, or your community: I do not have the to pay for any future dental and vision services. I am sure this will lead to more missed work and time with family.
