How do copays affect the decisions you or your family make about your healthcare and your budget? We will probably have to stop going to regular appointments and stop filling most prescriptions.

Is there anything else you’d like us to know? If we are on medicaid, it is because we are unable to afford healthcare. Making people who can’t afford healthcare, pay mandatory co-pays, is just going to cause them to stop getting medical treatment. Which can lead to poor health, or even death. But honestly, I don’t think any government office cares if impoverished families die off.

Please tell us how some or all of these changes affect you, your family, or your community. Already we have had to let some prescriptions go unfilled. And I’ve been unable to get much needed health care and tests.
