How do copays affect the decisions you or your family make about your healthcare and your budget? It’s me and my disabled son. My ssi is pending so we live on his income. We can’t afford anything, especially health care especially since they cut my sons ssi twice now. He needs his medications because of his mental state. I need health care for numerous health issues with surgeries in my future.
Is there anything else you’d like us to know? Matt Bevin doesn’t comprehend the severity of copays for folks that are disabled and trying to live on SSI or SSDI. He doesn’t care because he doesn’t have to worry about food, shelter and health care. He needs to go.
Please tell us how some or all of these changes affect you, your family, or your community. When you have very little income to begin with, you have to make very hard decisions on what to get: food, shelter, clothing, medications, and it shouldn’t be that way. We are all humans and healthcare should be a human right!
