Please tell us how some or all of these changes affect you, your family, or your community. First -i have zero income and was told that I could NOT be charged more than 5 percent of my income. if my math is right -5 percent of 0 is zero. i have spent numerous hours on the phone with the insurance company and the state. no one knows the answer.
