How do copays affect the decisions you or your family make about your healthcare and your budget?

Is there anything else you’d like us to know? I won’t be able to afford several of my medications,wont go doctor when I am sick .

Please tell us how some or all of these changes affect you, your family, or your community. I am disabled. I cant afford my 14 medications , but must have my insulin and pen needles. And at least one doctor appointment , which means less food
