Please tell us how you, your family or your community has benefited from Medicaid coverage for dental care, vision care, and transportation assistance: One’s income level should not determine whether one has access to good vision, dental and medical care. Healthcare is a human rights issue and should not be based on how much money one has. Denying those living in poverty this right simply perpetuates the problem. Manageable health problems should never be an obstacle or a barrier that prevents a person from reliably contributing to society. This benefit cut will, at best, worsen the problem and surely create a host of new ones. This is a bad move for KY.
