Please tell us how you, your family or your community has benefited from Medicaid coverage for dental care, vision care, and transportation assistance: I have issues with my eyes type2 diabetes and histoplasmosis. Both of which can lead to blindness. So my eyes need to be monitored regularly. Without my vision I could not afford this.
